National Museum of Energy and Technology (MUNET) in Mexico City, Mexico.

The plot, currently occupied by the Technological Museum (MUTEC), is the space that will house the National Museum of Energy and Technology. With the aim of incorporating new, planted areas that recover the Chapultepec forest and return it to the city, the MUNET proposes a building that becomes topography, that integrates the exterior and the interior in a unique experience where surgical cuts identify the accesses and the various architectural elements.

The MUTEC consists of a green mantle that covers the new programme and adapts its morphology to the shape of the content below, allowing use of the park as a green, open exhibition area that is given back to the Chapultepec forest.

  • Scope:
  • Project management
  • Detailed Design (architecture and building services)
  • Structure of the topographic roof
  • Implementation, coordination and management of BIM
  • Implementation of Document Management and Change Control and Management.
